Bless you for wanting to volunteer at a consignment sale! Sales like these could not happen without the loyal volunteers who check, sort, tag, cut, pin, rearrange, and everything else they do.

The way volunteers are appreciated varies from sale to sale, but most of the time volunteers will get special perks. Of course, check with your sale, but some of the perks I know about are:

• higher splits
• no fees
• food provided
• early shopping
• immediate payment
• tags returned

Sale owners really love the volunteers willing to help them run their sale and it is typically rewarded well.
